In a lush green countryside, the ‘Tua-Dam’ family—parents Chalaem and Lamai, and their son Chaem—live a simple, peaceful life. Their luck changes when a series of bizarre omens strike: four stray dogs urinate on all four of Chaem's car tires, followed by a giant lizard falling onto him just as he starts the engine. Ignoring his family’s warnings that these are signs of impending doom, Chaem dismisses them as nonsense and heads out to find customers. His first passenger requests a ride to a familiar address—Chaem’s own house. To his horror, the client is a bank official arriving to foreclose on their home and land, plunging the entire family into a hilarious yet desperate financial crisis.
