Monomax Conditions and Terms of Service

Please read these terms and conditions of service in detail and completely before use and sign-up (as specified below). Use, sign-up or acceptance of these terms of service is considered as your agreement to abide by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms of service, you will be unable to use, sign up or send content to services.

1. Scope of Agreement and Terms of Service

The following agreement ("Service Agreement") is an agreement on use of services between members and the Monomax service, which is offered on the website at www.monomax.me and the Monomax application on the Android, AndroidTV, iOS, tvOS, TiZen, WebOS, HarmonyOS operating systems and other operating systems potentially on televisions, telephones, smart phones, computers, mobile devices, computer tablets, and other devices that support internet connections and/or other operating systems that offer Monomax services. Members must comply with the terms of service by accessing or using the services of the Monomax application or the website at www.monomax.me ("Website or Application") provided by MONO Streaming Company Limited (hereinafter in these Conditions and Terms of Service known as "Monomax"). Members agree to accept agreements, conditions, and terms of service appearing on the Website or Application as legally binding ("Terms"). Furthermore, members agree to accept and comply with the privacy policy of the Website or Application and members agree to comply with other rules on the Website or Applications such as instructions, protocols and steps or terms for access or use of services on the Monomax Website or Application. These Terms of Service cover members able to view movies, series, plays, sports programs, entertainment programs, and other shows via the internet by live streaming, video on demand streaming, or downloading to a viewing device (if any) such as mobile phones, smart phones, televisions, smart TVs, mobile devices, computer tablets, other devices that support internet connections, and other devices specified by Monomax, including supplementary services or any other additional services from Monomax that members agree and consent to use to access or use services on a platform as a medium between members as interested parties and/including members or persons who intend to view movies, series, plays, football programs, sports programs, entertainment programs, and various shows via Monomax services. Members may view movies, series, plays, sports programs, entertainment programs, and various shows via the Monomax Website or Application or Monomax platforms according to terms specified by Monomax. In the interest of protecting member rights, please read all Terms of Service and agree to comply with the following agreement and Terms of Service:

2. Definitions

2.1 "Monomax", "We", "Our", and "We" mean Mono Streaming Company Limited and affiliates, representatives, employees, and assigned persons.

2.2 "Application" means the Monomax application for operating systems on televisions, smart phones, computers, mobile devices, computer tablets, and other devices that support internet connections provided by Monomax for Monomax services.

2.3. "Browser Used to Access Services (Browser Version)" means a website prepared by Monomax for using services on a web browser.

2.4 "Monomax account" means an account that uses Monomax services and is managed by Monomax.

2.5 "Show content" means videos, images, messages, audio files, music, lyrics, melodies, audio-visual materials, software, programs, computer codes, and other data.

2.6 "Monomax services" means services provided for members able to view content in movies, series, plays, football programs, sports programs, entertainment programs, and various shows via streaming systems or by downloading from the internet for viewing on devices such as televisions, telephones, smart phones, computers, mobile devices, computer tablets, other devices that support internet connections, and other devices capable of internet connections including any other supplementary or additional services that members agree or consent to use from the service provider.

3. Free Trials, Membership Applications, Promotional Offers, Package Applications, Service Fee Collection, Cancellations, and Refunds

3.1 For membership application packages, although we may offer content for free as part of free viewing, services may include different paid membership application packages. In applying for membership to access ready-for-use content as part of those packages, you can see specific information relevant to your membership package application at any time by going to "Account Management" for services.

3.2 We may offer free trials to new clients, unless otherwise specified in the terms offered. Free trial offers are available for only new clients, not available for old clients, and are limited to one offer per client. We may end free trials due to behaviors solely deemed by us as fraudulent and/or violation and/or breach of any Term of Service. If your application to use services begins with a free trial, you must cancel before the end of the free trial. Otherwise, your application will be automatically renewed based on the effective price at the time of your sign-up for a free trial or the current effective rate.

3.3 To apply for Monomax services, you are required to be an ordinary person, no citizenship limitations, aged 18 years and up, and reach the age of legal majority to apply for services and view content in Monomax services. A person aged under 18 years, or a minor may use services only when parents or legal representatives are involved under that person's service account and service use must be compliant with this agreement. All service use under your service account, with or without permission, is considered as your service use. You have a responsibility to ensure all service utilization under your service account is compliant with this agreement.

Members must sign up for membership by entering members' first-last name and personal data and truthfully follow membership application procedures.

Monomax services are for personal use, not permitted for commercial use and not for seeking official privileges or any public displays. Members may apply for membership without paying any fees to use Monomax services. Applications may be made by mobile phone numbers, emails, user accounts or data links with members' private Facebook accounts. Members acknowledge and agree that, in linking Monomax application accounts to Facebook, members must accept the agreement, and this acceptance is permission for the service provider and other persons to collect employees' information such as names, emails, and other permitted information.

Members must accept sole responsibility for Monomax account membership. Use of services or any actions via Monomax member accounts by other persons will be considered as service use by the account owner.

Members must not permit any other person to collect, reproduce, repeat, distribute, revise, disseminate, produce imitation works, offer sales, advertisements, decrypt, encrypt, or perform any other acts to disturb content, data, and software under Monomax services.

3.4 Promotional Offers

Monomax may offer membership application packages to you with discounts or occasional promotions (or "promotions"). Promotions may be in various forms and potentially stand alone or as part of other products or services.

In case of new promotional offers after your application for service, there will be no refunds, changes or any retroactive price protections for your membership application fee. New clients may benefit from promotions for new clients only once. Promotional offer terms will be specified at the time of offer. Monomax will set criteria for promotional offers only at Monomax's discretion in compliance with effective laws and reserves the right to limit services, end or cancel promotional offers according to disseminated promotional offer terms including any effective consumer protection regulations for package purchases.

3.5 Service Packages

Monthly (30-day) and yearly (365-day) packages are renewed automatically and cyclically via credit card payment methods including viewing packages purchased via other payment intermediary service methods (such as credit cards) at www.monomax.me. Members consent to automatic cyclical deductions to pay for services when payments are due and members may cancel services anytime. Viewing packages may begin with sales promotions such as free trials for first-time applicants, package purchases at special prices within specified times, which will be specified during the purchasing or membership application process.

For monthly (30-day) packages paid via mobile phone numbers, members consent to automatic cyclical deductions to pay for services when payments are due and members may cancel services at all times.

For packages in which days of use or promotional codes are added via online purchases or codes received from other suppliers and representatives, members must purchase or receive codes to be entered to start service use on the Monomax website, Members may use services based on the specified period of validity and terms of each code.

Payments for automatically and cyclically renewed monthly (30-day) and yearly (365-day) packages via payment applications will be collected via the mobile phone operating system service provider's ID account. After agreeing to purchase a package, members may view for the specified period. Upon expiration of this period, the system will automatically renew membership and deduct service fees within 24 hours.

If members no longer wish to automatically renew membership, automatic renewal must be turned off no less than 24 hours before membership expiration.

Payments may be managed by turning automatic renewal on/off at user account settings after selecting a package for purchase.

After the automatic renewal setting has been turned off, the system will be unable to accept payment and members will be unable to use services from the cycle when payment was not received.

After members have canceled services, members may continue using Monomax services for the remaining number of service days or terms for counting service days based on each payment system method.

In payments via the mobile phone operating system service provider's ID account, members are considered to have understood and accepted the conditions and terms of the payment collection system. The service provider is not responsible for damages or expenses members incur from such actions.

In cases involving any per-view package without automatic membership renewal or any per-view package with membership renewal via other payment intermediaries, the Monomax service provider may have other payment intermediaries with methods and prices specified by the Monomax service provider. Package service fee collection and package terms may vary according to each method. Members may view and pay Monomax service fees based on the selected package.

Remarks

After members have purchased a package and gained free trial rights, members will be unable to continue the free trial if payment is unsuccessful for any reason. The service provider reserves the right to suspend service use until service fees are paid, and the service provider may change service fee payment dates as the service provider considers appropriate. Members consent for service fees to be collected by automatic deduction according to specified terms and members remain liable for unpaid payments.

Service Use

The number of devices allowed to simultaneously use services per member account depends on viewing packages. Members should study packages before making a purchase.

Members acknowledge and accept based on the service application that the services provided in this agreement have limitations that potentially affect service quality. Service limitations include but are not limited to area of service, broadband internet service speed, number of current members, condition and distance of members' internal phone lines, computer efficiency, internet traffic on the network, distance and quality of service networks, ADSL modem or router efficiency, server efficiency of other service providers, including other factors beyond the service provider's control.

3.6 Premature Cancellation

You may cancel Monomax service applications anytime. We will not return funds or credits for expired periods or unviewed content. If you cancel services after the renewal date, you will remain able to access services until the end of the renewed cycle or in line with the service cancellation terms of selected payment methods. If applications were made and service fees are paid by any method, service fee collection via that method will be canceled based on the following examples:

  • Applications for viewing memberships via credit card deduction methods on the website may be cancelled at the "Personal Data" tab on www.monomax.me.
  • If viewing packages were applied for via the operating system service provider's application or ID account on mobile phone devices, turn off automatic renewal at the user's settings on the device.
  • If automatic renewal has been turned off, the system will be unable to accept payment and members will be unable to use services from the cycle when payment was not made. After members have canceled services, members will remain able to continue using Monomax services for the remaining number of service days or based on the payment method's terms of service.

3.7 Refunds

We will not refund any membership applications and there will be no credit, refund, or collections for cancelled membership applications. The membership application service provider may opt to offer other refunds, discounts or compensation as the membership application service provider deems fitting. However, each situation is different and the membership application service provider's offers in any case do not create an obligation for the service provider to take such actions in other cases. Members agree that Monomax is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by service suspension or use for whatever reason, Monomax has the right to revise and change any agreements or Terms of Service, including rates of monthly service fees and other fees. Furthermore, Monomax will give members written notice in advance.

4. Account Access and Passwords

4.1 Account owners, service account creators, and people who accept this agreement are called "account owners". To access content on Monomax services, you must have a Monomax account and a valid membership package ("membership application") with a valid payment method, which may be: (a) direct payment to us; or (b) payments via third parties (such as applications, payment service providers, payment acceptance representatives, banks, financial institutions, or your internet, smartphone or television service provider) permitted to provide Monomax membership application services (each service provider shall be known as "Third-Party Service Provider"). In this agreement, "membership application service provider" means us and each Third-Party Service Provider, individually and collectively.

Monomax will provide accounts and passwords for members as created by Monomax members by using English language letters and/or Arabic numbers in the specified amounts to enable use of account services and passwords for members' service use as the only means by which Monomax may distinguish members.

Members agree to accept responsibility for overseeing members' own accounts and passwords by keeping them secret without disclosure to any party. In addition, members are responsible for damages from service use and testing. In cases where the personal data has been spied on by electronic means, lost or damaged due to any force majeure event or any case, members who are responsible for maintaining the account will accept sole responsibility while Monomax will not accept any responsibility.

Monomax will not engage in or take responsibility for the use, gifting, trading, renting, borrowing, transferring, licensing or use of the collateral, shared use or transfer of account and password rights in any form.

5. License to Use Services and Service Limitations

5.1 License to Use Services: Under Monomax services, we grant revocable non-binding and non-transferrable personal rights limited to you to install and use only one instance of the application on mobile phones, smart phones, smart TVs, portable devices, streaming devices, or other computers controlled and owned by you ("Your Devices") and to access and use applications on Your Devices to access services and view only Monomax service content. Use of services must be strictly compliant with the conditions and terms of this agreement, including the law.

5.2 Members can use Monomax services privately and for only personal entertainment. Our services may not be used commercially or to seek commercial gain with or without compensation or any benefit whatsoever. You agree and accept that you will use Monomax services and content privately and not for commercial purposes. You will not use Monomax services or content to reproduce, modify, transfer, disseminate, broadcast, grant rights for others to exercise rights, advertise, or take any actions prohibited by law, in conflict with public order and morals, or damage or affect any legitimate rights of Monomax. You will not:

(1) Decrypt, reverse engineer, disassemble, and attempt to find the source code or decrypt the application for any purpose.

(2) Revise, modify, update, or create works modified from the application or content.

(3) Violate any laws, rules, or regulations enforced and relevant to your access or use of the application or content.

(4) Delete, revise, or conceal declarations of any rights (including copyrights or trademarks) of Monomax, participants, suppliers, or licensors.

(5) Use the Website and Application or content to receive income directly or indirectly from such use or use the Website or Application for any other purposes than those not designed or intended.

(6) Use the Website or Application on a device other than yours.

(7) Access or use content on a device other than yours.

(8) Cause the Website or Application or content to be available for use via networks or other environments that allow simultaneous access or use by multiple devices or users.

(9) Use the Website or Application or content to create products, services or software in direct or indirect competition with the Company or replace any services, products or software offered by Monomax or a licensor.

(10) Use the Website or Application to send automatic questions to any website or send unsolicited commercial emails.

(11) Use Monomax's proprietary data or interface or other Monomax intellectual property to design, development, produce, license, or distribute any applications, accessory equipment or any devices used with the application.

(12) Avoid, turn off or interfere with components related to safety or other protective measures used with the application or content.

(13) Reproduce or permanently store content or;

(14) Pass on, hand out, sell, lease out, lease out by consignment, exchange, revise, air, synchronize, publicly display, disseminate, or broadcast and allow third-party access, transfer or circulation of the Website or Application or content. You agree to comply with rules and policies set by Monomax occasionally. The rules and policies may include updates, adjustments and/or installation of new applications including requests for available patches to resolve security, collaboration, or work efficiency issues. These obligations will remain binding, despite expiration of this agreement.

5.3 The show content or videos in our services may be viewed only via your account and not transferred from your account. Each account can view the maximum number of streamed videos for the specified number of the purchased package. Some variables are beyond our control, including the availability of video content from our third-party service providers, your broadband speed or network connection, compatibility of video content formats and your accessing device, and any limitations specified by our third-party service provider for video content. These variables may cause delays, technical issues, or inability to view video content. Some digital video content may be different from content in the original format or previously disseminated version under the same name.

5.4 Program and video content may be offered in live streaming formats ("Live Streamed Content") or a licensed streaming format supported by time-limited advertisements or sales promotions ("Advertisement Support Content"). Video content falls under digital rights management rules and may have other limitations based on the category of video content or device used by you to access video content. Part of the limitations are based the following information:

5.4.1 Live Streamed Content is the live or almost-live broadcast of live events that may be viewed at that time simultaneous to the event and long after the event. When you access Live Streamed Content, you may be unable to view any part of events that took place before you begin viewing. We are unable to control the beginning, duration, or end of events or event content (including quality or suitability).

5.4.2 Advertisement Support Content is video content with advertisements, marketing content, or other sales promotions (collectively known as "sales promotions"). Advertisement Support Content may include sales promotions that delay or stop videos from playing. You may be unable to skip sales promotions. We do not support third-party sales promotions in any way, and we do not offer any other guarantees or support for any products or services presented in sales promotions.

Monomax is not responsible for protecting any data or user information of members who have abused the services or violated these Terms of Service or the laws of Thailand or enforced and accepted international laws.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Monomax has sole ownership or rights over intellectual property on Monomax websites and applications. All works, content, or data on this Website and Application in the form of any copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, and intellectual property rights, apparent ownership or other rights or disseminations of Monomax services may not be reproduced, revised, modified, disseminated, broadcasted, leased, offered, transferred, or changed in other forms in whole or in part without permission from Monomax in writing. Offenders will be prosecuted to the utmost under the law. Members must not allow others to use Monomax content and/or services to provide services or provide public services with or without compensation or take any actions potentially harmful to society, national security, public order, good morals, or commit offenses against the law, violations of the law, or cause damage to Monomax or others. If violations are found, Monomax has the right to suspend, stop and/or cancel services immediately with no need to give notice in advance in any case.

6.2 You are not permitted to use Monomax's marks, trademarks, service marks, company name and logo, brand, names of all relevant products and services, design marks, and mottoes that are trademarks and service marks belonging to and used under license from Monomax for advertisements, public relations, or in any other commercial manner without written consent from Monomax in advance, and Monomax may not grant consent for any or no reason. These obligations remain binding despite this agreement's expiration.

6.3 The application's open source software may include third party software included under open source license terms ("Open Source Software"). You acknowledge and agree that your right to use the aforementioned Open Source Software is part of the application under the conditions and terms of licenses enforced upon the Open Source Software ("Open Source Software License Terms"). In case of a dispute between the terms of this agreement the Open Source Software License Terms, the Open Source Software License Terms will be considered as the principle.

7. Member Use of Services

When using or accessing Monomax services, you are required to comply with these Terms of Service, including all enforceable laws, rules, and regulations. In addition to restrictions specified in the policy regarding content, you may not commit the following actions:

7.1 Cause damage to Monomax.

7.2 Disclose Monomax information without consent.

7.3 Disseminate personal data belonging to yourself and others in public. Members are also not to disseminate any articles, words, or images in any manner deemed to be libelous, inappropriate, pornographic, rude, or abhorrent.

7.4 Commit any legal offenses including intellectual property right violations or violations of any other rights in any form.

7.5 Fail to comply with these Conditions and Terms of Service or other relevant laws.

7.6 Import, export, or disseminate computer viruses or any hacking.

7.7 Obstruct Monomax Website or Application functions and service provision.

7.8 Commit fraud against Monomax.

8. Members' Personal Data

8.1 Collection: Members agree and consent to the Company accessing, collecting, and using members' personal data recorded or entered in the system or any other government-issued document and/or documents collected by the Company from other sources or any other person under current laws, first-last names, identification numbers, date of birth, addresses, telephone numbers, emails including information given in inquiries or any interactions with Monomax such as members' opinions, criticisms, and questions.

8.2 Objectives of Personal Data Collection, Use, and Disclosure

Members agree and accept to allow collection, use, and disclosure of personal data for the following objectives:

8.2.1 Compliance with agreements between members and the Company, act in line with members' requests before entering the agreement, compliance with agreements between Monomax and other parties for members' benefit, data processing to improve effectiveness of products and services, marketing of goods and services and privileges, sales promotion activities, marketing research, analysis, and surveys, statistical data compilation, and presentation of new goods or services overall.

8.2.2 Personal data processing to improve the effectiveness of products and services, marketing of goods and services and privileges, sales promotion activities, marketing research, analysis, and surveys, statistical data compilation, and presentation of new goods or services to individual members. Monomax will use the data in line with our objectives to create maximum benefit for members. Collection and use of such data is consistent with criteria and policies set by the Company and allowed by relevant laws.

8.3 Disclosure of Personal Data: Members agree and accept that Monomax may disclose or send personal data to companies in the group of Mono Next PCL such as Mono Shopping Co., Ltd., Mono Broadcast Co., Ltd., Mono Production Co., Ltd., Mono Cyber Co., Ltd., and companies in related groups, associated companies, affiliates, branches, affiliates, and venders, service providers, stores, strategic allies, and domestic and international third party contractors of Monomax to take action according to objectives in 6.2 including certified public accountants, the Company's external auditors, and government agencies specified by laws.

8.4 Personal Data Collection Time and Use: Members agree and consent to the Company using members' data throughout the duration of membership in addition to disposing of or transforming the personal data so that it is no longer personal data within 90 days from the end of membership, unless the personal data cannot be disposed of or deleted due to the Company's requirements to store personal data in compliance with agreements involving other parties or legal requirements.

8.5 Personal Data Owner Rights: Members have the right to ask to view and receive copies of personal data collected, used, and disclosed by the Company. If personal data was obtained by the Company without consent from members, members may ask for the Company to disclose the means of acquisition. In cases where Monomax has collected personal data from other sources such as online social media or websites, etc., members have the right to request the deletion or destruction of data and suspension or request for data to be rendered unidentifiable. In case members cancel membership or Monomax did not use personal data in line with stated objectives, members have the right to suspend use of personal data or request that members' personal data be revised to be up-to-date by contacting the Company as follows:

Effects from Refusal to Provide Personal Data: Members acknowledge refusal to provide personal data will render members ineligible for Monomax membership.

9. Duration and Changes to Service Rights

9.1 This agreement's duration shall remain effective until its termination. Monomax may shut down the Website or Application, suspend or terminate this agreement and rights granted to you under this agreement under Monomax's sole and absolute discretion at any time and for any or no reason with or without advanced notice or any other action by Monomax. When this agreement ends, you must cease all use of the application and uninstall the application from all devices or applications for devices procured by or on behalf of Monomax, sign out from the application by going to Settings, and delete all other copies of the application in your possession. Monomax will not accept liability to you or any third party for any compensation or damage caused by expiration of this agreement according to these Terms of Service. This agreement's expiration will also not affect any other possible current or future rights or remedies of Monomax. These obligations shall remain binding, despite this agreement's expiration.

9.2 Monomax has the right to temporarily suspend services due to necessary or unavoidable reasons or other emergencies such as inspections, maintenance, replacement, or damage to computers or computer equipment including Monomax's holidays, which will be announced in advance. This includes any other force majeure events under the law.

In the event that Monomax needs to perform maintenance or inspections and checks of network and system equipment, Monomax will check regularly at the times specified on the website.

9.3 Monomax reserves the right to revise, change, suspend, cancel or stop all or part of services temporarily or permanently with no need to provide users with advance notice. The service provider may also suspend or reschedule permission to use services in the following cases:

9.3.1 When the service provider is unable to fully provide services.

9.3.2 When errors occur to the service provider's and members' software and hardware.

9.3.3 When payment and service fee checking errors occur.

9.3.4 Maintenance and construction of software, hardware, and electronic communications equipment involved in services.

9.3.5 Inability to provide services due to natural disasters and other force majeure events.

9.3.6 In emergencies to protect other members, third parties, or data security. In any halting of services, suspension, rescheduling or changes to any rights, Monomax is not liable for damage to members or others from the actions.

10. Service Cancellation

Monomax has the right to cancel, suspend, limit or forbid your application to use services or use of Monomax services and/or access to your services and/or content immediately at any time with no need to give notice or accept liability to you or any other person. If you violate any of these Terms of Service, laws, rules, regulations or commit any improper actions related to Monomax services such as use of messages to cause others to suffer damage, disrepute, or dishonor, use of vulgar language or insults or insults against progenitors, cause disturbance or damage to service provision, use of messages in support of corrupt actions, violations of the rights of others or Monomax, violations of these agreements, laws or traditions or public morals, unauthorized use of images, content or intellectual property, use of messages with an aim to gain any benefit without permission from Monomax, use of messages containing impolite or vulgar content, use of pornographic messages or images, advertisements unrelated to the application on other websites, advertisements of other applications, including attempts to persuade use of other applications, advertisements of illegal websites or junk websites, provision of false or distorted information concerning Monomax, claims of identity as a Monomax executive or staffer, fraudulent or deceptive payments, failure to pay service fees on time, or if Monomax is unable to check payments due to members' payment errors, false sign-up information entries or use of information belonging to others in applications, and absence from using services for longer than the specified time including your content or service applications not limited to the above terms, service fee payments may not be refunded in any case, whether in whole or in part. Monomax may restrict or suspend your access to Monomax services due to any reason with no need to give you notice. The aforementioned causes include and are not limited to: (1) requests from law enforcement or other government agencies; (2) unexpected technical issues or problems with any devices or systems; or (3) cases where Monomax believes your Monomax account was illegally accessed, fraudulent, deceptive, identified as others, or any person used your Monomax account to commit illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, misidentification or any other purpose than the intended purpose compliant with all terms enforced. You agree that Monomax and/or Monomax affiliates and/or those involved are not required to accept liability towards you or any outside party for any of these restrictions, suspensions, or cancellations of access to your Monomax account and/or content.

12. Exemption from Liability

Monomax is exempt from liability in the event of Monomax's inability to provide services due to force majeure events.

12.1 Monomax is not responsible for suspension or deficiency of services due to any legal effects or offense against the law by members.

12.2 Monomax is exempt from liability in case of electrical and telecommunication malfunctions.

12.3 Monomax is exempt from liability in case of services ending due to unavoidable events such as previously announced correction, replacement, inspection, and construction of service provision equipment.

12.4 Monomax is not liable for cases where members are unable to profit as expected and cases of damage from members' service selection or use.

Monomax is not liable for login delays and damage from delayed connections.

12.5 Monomax is not liable for the credibility and accuracy of announcements, terms of membership, and terms of application service under Monomax copyrights, and service or website information and facts.

12.6 Monomax has no obligation to resolve problems between members or problems between members and third parties. In addition, Monomax has no obligation to accept liability for damages. Parts of services may include other Monomax services. Monomax will not accept liability for damages caused by other Monomax services.

12.7 Monomax will not provide any clear or implicit warranties concerning services for users (including main content) that services are without any deficiencies (including and not limited to safety deficiencies, errors, bugs, or violation of any rights) or encryption or decryption ineffectiveness, or safety, reliability, completeness, effectiveness, and suitability for specific uses. In addition, Monomax has no responsibility to provide services without these deficiencies whatsoever.

13. Service Limitations

All accounts and passwords, including account data are property of Monomax, regardless of the means of acquisition. Monomax only grants rights for users to use accounts and passwords for the duration of service and Monomax reserves the right to change, recall, suspend or cancel accounts and passwords at any time if service agreements between Monomax and copyright owners are revised, terminated, or canceled including for compliance with service agreements with no need to give notice in advance. Monomax is not responsible for damage to users or other persons resulting from these actions. Monomax will not accept any responsibility for problems between members. Monomax may suspend user accounts in the event of breach of members' terms and obligations due to illicit account use by a third party or damage to members from service use caused by leak of account information or passwords under members' oversight.

Monomax may suspend use of member accounts and all information within the application after appropriate consideration for the application's control or scheduling.

Monomax holds all rights and power over all of members' data in the application. In case Monomax sees a need to control or improve the application, Monomax may make additions, deletions, and changes.

In adding funds by any method, members may not make any cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or corrections.

15. Voidance of the Agreement

If all or parts of these Terms of Service become void, unenforceable or illegal, the remaining parts of these Terms of Service remain fully effective and enforceable without effects on voidance or unenforceability of these Terms of Service in any other country.
