Package Terms and Conditions

1. Eligible Customers: AIS postpaid, prepaid, and AIS Fibre 3 customers registered under an individual (non-corporate) name only.
2. PLAY MONOMAX Standard Monthly Package
3. Special monthly service fee: THB 199 (inclusive of 7% VAT) for first-time subscription only. If Subscriber cancels the package and subsequently re-subscribes, the regular monthly service fee of THB 299 (inclusive of 7% VAT) will apply.
4. PLAY MONOMAX Standard Annual Package
5. Special price: 1,999 THB (regular price 2,999 THB).
6. Promotion Period: From today until 31 December 2025.
7. This package includes access to entertainment content (movies, series, variety shows) and sports content such as Thai League, Premier League 2025/2026, FA Cup 2025, Ligue 1, EFL Carabao Cup, Championship, League One, and League Two (2025/2026 season).
8. Watch all 380 Premier League matches, 63 FA Cup matches, and full Thai League coverage.
9. Package prices include 7% VAT but exclude internet service fees.
10. Entertainment content (movies, series, variety shows) from Monomax is available immediately upon package activation.
11. Watch all matches of the Premier League 2025/2026 season.
12. Watch the FA Cup 2025.
13. Watch the Ligue 1 2025/2026 season.
14. Watch the EFL Carabao Cup 2025/2026 season.
15. Watch the EFL Championship, League One, and League Two 2025/2026 season.
16. Monomax content can be accessed via the AIS PLAY app on 1 device at a time. AIS PLAY supports Android 4.4, iOS 10.2, Android TV, Android Box, Samsung Smart TV (Tizen 6.0), Chromecast, and AIS PLAYBOX for big-screen viewing.
17. Monomax app allows streaming on 1 device at a time, supporting Android 5.0 (with Widevine DRM) and iOS 14.3. Supported devices include smartphones, tablets, LG TV (WebOS 4.0), Samsung Smart TV (Tizen 5.5), Android TV/Box 5.0, and Apple TV (tvOS 18.0).
18. At any given time, customers may stream content on either AIS PLAY or Monomax app, but not both simultaneously.
19. 3BB GIGA TV customers can watch entertainment and sports content (Thai League, Premier League 2025/2026, FA Cup 2025) via AIS PLAY (using an AIS reference number starting with 888) or via Monomax (on 1 device).
20. The package is non-transferable in cases of service changes (prepaid - postpaid), number porting, ownership changes, or other modifications.
21. Charges apply immediately upon successful subscription. No refunds or compensation will be provided for unused periods or early cancellations. Services cannot be transferred to another user account.
22. Rights and fees apply to domestic, personal use only. Commercial use, duplication, modification, or public distribution is prohibited. If the company detects unlawful or improper usage, it reserves the right to terminate service immediately.
23. The company reserves the right to change details without prior notice.
24. By subscribing, customers agree that MIMO Tech Co., Ltd. and Mono Streaming Co., Ltd. may collect, use, and process personal data strictly as necessary for providing the service, including account management, identity verification, after-sales support, and contract execution. Data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and the companies’ privacy policies.
25. Viewing via the 3BB GIGA TV app and 3BB GIGA TV BOX is limited to domestic and personal use only. Commercial use or any activity affecting other users is not permitted.
26. Service Termination Policy for AIS Customers
27. Monthly Package: Services and access to sports content terminate immediately upon cancellation.
28. Annual Package: Services remain available until the end of the current billing cycle, with sports access valid until that time.
