Mono Streaming Co., Ltd. recognizes the importance of protecting your personal data. Therefore, this Personal Data Protection Policy has been prepared to inform you, as the Data Subject, of the Company's objectives in collecting and using your Personal Data. Consent to the Disclosure of Member Data to Jasmine International Public Company Limited ("JAS") in the Distribution of Premier League and FA Cup Football Content in the Form of Live Broadcasts, Watching Replays, Highlight Clips, and Other Items from Rights Owners from the 2025/26 to 2030/31 Premier League Season in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia

Mono Streaming Co., Ltd. ("MONO") is the licensee of Jasmine International Public Company Limited ("JAS") for the distribution of the content of Premier League and FA Cup football programs in a live format, watching replays, highlight clips, and other items from rights owners from the 2025/26 to 2030/31 Premier League season in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia ("Premier League and FA Cup Football Content"). The Company will provide the service of distributing the Premier League and FA Cup Football content through the Monomax online streaming platform ("Monomax"). In providing the services, MONO and JAS would like to obtain the Data Subject's consent. The details of the Data Subject's data and the list of consent requests are for the following processes:

1. Consent to Transfer Personal Data to JAS

MONO will collect and use the Data Subject's personal data, including first-last names, telephone number, address, email, username including any other of your personal data as necessary. MONO will disclose and/or transmit and/or share the information to JAS for the purpose of providing you with Premier League and FA Cup Football Content services.

I acknowledge that refusal to grant consent may prevent JAS and MONO from providing me with Premier League and FA Cup Football Content.

2. Consent to Verify Identity

I consent to JAS and/or MONO to collecting, using and processing my personal data, such as my first-last names, telephone number, address, email, username and any other information required for the purpose of proving and verifying my identity with JAS and/or MONO for the provision of Premier League and FA Cup Football Content. The rights of the Data Subject and the obligations of JAS and/or MONO in protecting personal data are compliant.

I acknowledge that refusal to grant consent may prevent JAS and/or MONO from providing me with the necessary services requiring verification and verification.
