SPORTS STANDARD Package

• Monthly Package: 399 THB per month (This rate excludes 7% VAT).
• Yearly Package (12 months): Special rate of 3,999 THB/year (an average of 333 THB/month/screen), discounted from the standard rate of 4,788 THB (This rate excludes 7% VAT).
• Resolution: Maximum resolution of Full HD (1080p).
• Simultaneous Viewing: Accessible on up to 1 device at a time.
• Content: Movies, Series, Premier League 2026/27, FA Cup 2026/27, volleyball programs from Volleyball World (VNL, FIVB, AVC), and top boxing events such as Zuffa Boxing and Cage Warriors.
• This is an auto-renewing (recurring) package. The system will automatically charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle upon the expiration of the current service period, until the subscriber cancels the package.

SPORTS PREMIUM Package

• Monthly Package: 599 THB per month (This rate excludes 7% VAT).
• Yearly Package (12 months): Special rate of 5,999 THB/year (an average of 250 THB/month/screen), discounted from the standard rate of 7,188 THB (This rate excludes 7% VAT).
• Resolution: Up to 4K (1 - 3 matches per week). 4K resolution is available only for content marked as 4K-supported. For live football matches, 4K is available only for selected matches to which the company holds rights, and the user's device must support 4K playback.
• Simultaneous Viewing: Accessible on up to 2 devices at a time (does not need to be on the same home internet).
• Content: Movies, Series, Premier League 2026/27, FA Cup 2026/27, volleyball programs from Volleyball World (VNL, FIVB, AVC), top boxing events such as Zuffa Boxing and Cage Warriors, and major UEFA competitions including UEFA Nations League 2026-2027, UEFA Euro 2028 Qualifiers, and the UEFA European Under-21 Championship.
• Special Feature: Supports offline download (download reserved for matches broadcast after the feature activation date, and only for selected movie or series content designated for offline viewing).
• This is an auto-renewing (recurring) package. The system will automatically charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle upon the expiration of the current service period, until the subscriber cancels the package.

Terms and Conditions of Service

• Access to all sports content on MONOMAX is restricted to viewing within Thailand only and is not available for use outside Thailand under any circumstances.
• PC Viewing: Sports live streaming and catch-up content can be viewed at 480p - 720p resolution.
• The SPORTS STANDARD and SPORTS PREMIUM Packages are exclusively reserved for customers who subscribe to AIS postpaid or prepaid mobile services and/or AIS-3BB Fibre3 services, registered or verified under their individual name (the "Subscriber").
• These packages are provided by Mono Streaming Co., Ltd. ("Mono Streaming"). The Subscriber may pay through AIS mPAY Mobile Payment, provided by Advanced mPAY Co., Ltd. ("AMP"). AMP acts solely as a payment collection service provider on behalf of Mono Streaming, solely for the convenience of the Subscriber.
• Each Subscriber is entitled to subscribe to one (1) package per one (1) mobile number or internet service number.
• If the Subscriber fails to pay the fees for AIS mobile services or AIS-3BB Fibre3 services in accordance with the terms and conditions prescribed by the telecommunications service provider, resulting in the relevant service being temporarily suspended (“Suspend”), Mono Streaming reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Subscriber’s access to the SPORTS STANDARD and SPORTS PREMIUM Packages until the service status is restored to normal.
• If the relevant service remains suspended (“Suspend”) for more than 90 consecutive days, Mono Streaming reserves the right to terminate the Subscriber’s access to the SPORTS STANDARD and SPORTS PREMIUM Packages. Such suspension or termination shall not entitle the Subscriber to an extension of the service period, reduction, or refund of the package fee, whether in whole or in part.
• In the event that the Subscriber cancels the SPORTS STANDARD or SPORTS PREMIUM Package, or the Subscriber’s service entitlement expires or is terminated for any reason, the Subscriber’s right to access the MONOMAX application and the content available under the package shall automatically terminate.
• The Subscriber may access content through the MONOMAX application on devices supporting the following operating systems:
  • Android smartphones or tablets: Android version 7.0 or later.
  • iOS smartphones or tablets and iPadOS devices: iOS or iPadOS version 15.0 or later.
  • Android TV or Android Box: Android TV version 7.0 or later.
  • Samsung Smart TV: Tizen OS 5.0 or later.
  • LG Smart TV: webOS version 4.0 or later.
  • Hisense / Toshiba TV: VIDAA U6 or later.
  • Apple TV: tvOS version 18.0 or later.
  • Windows computers or laptops: Windows 10 or later (via Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers version 84 or later).
  • macOS computers or laptops: macOS Sierra (10.12) or later (via Safari and Google Chrome browsers).
• The number of devices permitted for concurrent streaming depends on the subscriber's selected package. The SPORTS STANDARD package allows streaming on 1 device, while the SPORTS PREMIUM package allows streaming on up to 2 devices simultaneously. If the Subscriber wishes to stream on another device exceeding the permitted limit, they must first terminate the current viewing session on an existing device. Mono Streaming reserves the right to cancel or modify the usage rights for the SPORTS STANDARD and SPORTS PREMIUM packages in the event that the subscriber switches between prepaid and postpaid plans, changes mobile network operators, transfers ownership of the mobile number, alters their account status, or performs any other action that results in non-compliance with the specified Terms of Service.
• The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that AIS mPAY Mobile Payment is solely a payment channel for the SPORTS STANDARD and SPORTS PREMIUM Packages. The provision of the packages, content access rights, after-sales service, and any other matters relating to the packages are the responsibility of Mono Streaming in accordance with Mono Streaming’s terms and conditions. • AMP will collect the package fee through AIS mPAY Mobile Payment in accordance with the applicable package terms. If the Subscriber cancels the package before the end of the applicable service period, the Subscriber shall not be entitled to a refund of the package fee, whether in whole or in part, unless otherwise specified by Mono Streaming or required by applicable law. The package entitlement may not be transferred, migrated, or reassigned to another Subscriber account.
• The usage rights and package rates under the SPORTS STANDARD and SPORTS PREMIUM Packages are intended for personal use within Thailand only. Subscribers may not use the packages for commercial purposes or in any manner that may cause damage, affect service quality, or adversely affect the rights of Mono Streaming or other Subscribers. Subscribers are prohibited from modifying, reproducing, distributing, forwarding, or sharing their Subscriber account with any unauthorized person. If Mono Streaming determines that a Subscriber’s use violates applicable laws, service terms and conditions, or the intended purpose of this package, Mono Streaming reserves the right to immediately suspend, modify, or terminate the service.
• Mono Streaming reserves the right to change the package details, benefits, terms and conditions, or package rate, provided that Subscribers will be notified in advance through the channels designated by Mono Streaming.
• The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that Mono Streaming, AMP, and MIMO Tech Co., Ltd. may collect, use, process, and disclose the Subscriber’s personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes of providing the SPORTS STANDARD and SPORTS PREMIUM Packages, processing package payments, managing Subscriber accounts, verifying identity, providing after-sales services, and performing related contractual obligations. The collection, use, processing, and disclosure of such personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and the applicable privacy policies or personal data protection notices of each company in effect from time to time.
• Subscription is governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
