• Resolution: Up to 4K (Available starting August 1, 2026). (4K resolution is available only for content explicitly designated as 4K compatible. For live football broadcasts (Live Matches), 4K streaming will be provided only for select matches subject to the Company’s broadcasting rights. Additionally, the user's device must support 4K display resolution.) **FIFA World Cup 2026 is currently unavailable in 4K quality. 4K streaming will be accessible on August 1, 2026.
• Premium Content Access: This package includes movies, series, FIFA World Cup 2026™, Premier League 2026/27, FA Cup 2026/27, and Volleyball World (including VNL, FIVB World Championships, AVC Continental Championship, and Beach Volleyball). Additionally, it features premier combat sports such as Zuffa Boxing and Cage Warriors, as well as exclusive UEFA football tournaments:
  • UEFA Nations League 2026-2027
  • European Qualifiers for UEFA EURO 2028
  • UEFA EURO 2028
  • UEFA European Under-21 Championship
• Exclusive Feature: Supports Offline Downloads (Available starting August 1, 2026). (Only matches broadcasted after the feature launch date will be available for download.) **FIFA World Cup 2026 is currently unavailable for offline downloading. This feature will be accessible starting August 1, 2026.
• Concurrent Streaming: Supports up to 2 concurrent screens. Home internet connection sharing is not required.

General Terms & Conditions

• Promotion Period: Subscriptions are available from 11 - 20 July 2026.
• Streaming of all sports content on Monomax is strictly restricted to viewing within Thailand only and is not supported internationally under any circumstances.
• PC Access: Live sports and Replays can be viewed on computers (PC) at 480p - 720p resolution (Feature available starting August 1, 2026). **FIFA World Cup 2026 is currently unavailable on PC. PC viewing will be accessible starting August 1, 2026.
• For Existing Customers: If you have remaining days from a previous package, you can subscribe to the Sports Premium package immediately. The system will calculate the prorated value of your remaining balance and automatically convert it into additional service days to be added to your new package. This transaction must be processed under the same user account.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy: The Sports Premium packages are strictly non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
• Supported Devices: Access content via the Monomax application on:
  • Android (Mobile or Tablet): Android OS version 7.0 or above.
  • iOS (Mobile or Tablet): iOS version 14.3 or above.
  • Android TV / Android Box: Android TV OS version 7.0 or above.
  • Samsung Smart TV: Tizen OS 5.5 or above.
  • LG Smart TV: webOS 4.0 or above.
  • Hisense / Toshiba TV: VIDAA U6 or above.
  • tvOS (Apple TV): tvOS version 18.0 or above.
• Billing & Transferability: Service fees will be charged according to the terms specified upon successful subscription. The Company reserves the right to deny any refunds or compensation for unused services or if the user cancels the package prior to the expiration date. Subscriptions are non-transferable to other user accounts.
• Usage Restrictions: Usage rights and service rates specified are for domestic use within Thailand and personal use only. Commercial use, activities affecting other users, reproduction, modification, or public broadcasting of the content are strictly prohibited. If the Company detects any illegal or unauthorized usage that may cause damage, the Company reserves the right to terminate the service immediately.
